The aim of Empa is to improve the procurement and delivery of construction projects and property maintenance for local authorities saving time and money for them and their council taxpayers. The contract is managed by Scape, the Nottingham-based local authority purchasing alliance.
Wates has won Empa鈥檚 provincial framework which covers construction work valued between 拢500K and 拢7.5m.
