Matthew Tunley joins Wates from Commercial Estates Group (CEG) and is a town planner by profession.
His job is to identify and secure opportunities across southern UK to include strategic land and brownfield sites without planning, as well as consented land for Wates鈥� joint ventures with house-builder.

He is based at Wates corporate headquarters in Leatherhead, Surrey.
