John Dunne has been tasked with changing the culture at Wates to make it an industry leader in safety. His specific remit is 鈥渢o drive and embed behavioural change resulting in an industry-leading SHE performance鈥�.聽
He will report to group production director John Howell.
Mr Dunne joins Wates from Balfour Beatty where he was group head of health, safety and environment since 2005.
