Vinci Immobilier has signed a property development contract to build the new head office complex for French telecoms company SFR.
The project, which consists of four buildings, will have a total useable area of 133,000m2 and will be built near the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, north of Paris. The campus-style development has been designed by architect Jean-Paul Viguier.
On completion, the complex will host 8,500 work stations, have 1,650 parking spaces and will include five restaurants, 1,600m2 of retail outlets, a conference centre with a 300-seat auditorium and sports facilities.
Work by Vinci Construction France will be carried out in two phases scheduled between mid-2011 and mid-2015. The first phase will be completed at the end of 2013 and will involve construction of the first two buildings, with the remaining two due for delivery in mid-2015.
