Bitumix CVV was previously jointly controlled with the Chilean Claro Vicuna Valenzuela Group. The company specialises in roadworks in the central Biobio and Araucan铆a regions. It generated revenue of 鈧�16m (拢13.7m) in 2015 and produced about 200,000t of asphalt mix.
It is now completely controlled by Eurovia subsidiary Bitumix SA, which specialises in transport infrastructure construction and urban development. The acquisition of 100% of Bitumix CVV rounds out its coverage of Chile south of Santiago.
