The project for property developer Jesselton Group involves the construction of a 125,000m2 mixed-use development on the Kota Kinabalu seafront in northern Borneo.
Vinci will build three 20-storey residential towers with a total of 333 apartments.
The complex also includes a seven-storey podium over two underground levels that will house a 20,000m2 shopping centre and more than 900 parking spaces.
The value of Vinci’s contract, which does not include the foundations and underground levels, is €70m (£54.9m). Handover is scheduled for July 2016.
