The move will enable Vinci to bring together the employees of the group鈥檚 head office and its four business lines, Vinci Concessions, Vinci Energies, Eurovia and Vinci Construction. Nearly 4,000 employees will be accommodated in the 74,000m2 complex, which is due for completion by 2020.
The new head office will be built in the centre of the Groues district in the Hauts de Seine district on the outskirts of Paris.
The new head office, which is intended to showcase Vinci鈥檚 expertise, was designed by Jean-Paul Viguier et Asssoci茅s, in association with architect Marc Mimram. The complex will be made up of several buildings connected by walkways. It is designed to demonstrate the technical solutions developed by Vinci and its subsidiaries while offering employees modern, comfortable spaces that will foster collaborative work.
The project also provides for a combination of residential and office space, along with a broad range of shops, services and facilities. Transport connectinos including the RER A and ultimately the future Nanterre-la Folie railway station will service the site.
By establishing the foundations of a future neighbourhood, the Vinci head office will lend new impetus to the urban renewal of Nanterre, said the company.聽
