The project is worth NOK634m (拢67.8m) and includes a bridge, two stations and three tunnels. It is the largest contract in the third and final construction phase of the city鈥檚 light rail.
The contract includes the 60m Steinsvik Bridge, three tunnels with a total length of around 1.9km as well as stations at R氓st酶len and Sandslivegen. Veidekke will start work in August and the project is scheduled for completion in October 2015. This is Veidekke's third contract for Bergen Light Rail.聽
Bergen Light Rail will stretch 20km between Bergen City Centre and Flesland Airport.
