The building will be constructed on the former Blackdale School site, neighbouring UEA鈥檚 Norwich campus. The university acquired the site from Norfolk County Council in 2008.
The aim is to complete construction by September 2016, in time for the start of the academic year. UAE stipulates that BREEAM Excellent standard is a minimum requirement.
Contract value is put at between 拢22m and 拢25m.
