Colm Lavery previously headed the Northern Ireland operations of rival firm EC Harris, where he was invovled in such projects as Titanic Belfast, the Lyric Theatre and Bangor Aurora Aquatic & Leisure Complex.
Turner & Townsend clients in Northern Ireland include Belfast City Council, Queen鈥檚 University Belfast and NI Water.
