Tino Chang鈥檚 appointment comes as the company's Asia operation records a record turnover of 拢25.5m.
Most recently, he led the business development operation for YZJ Group, a Chinese company covering the pharmaceutical, property development and construction sectors. Prior to this, he spent 10 years leading Turner & Townsend鈥檚 cost management team in Shanghai.
Chang鈥檚 appointment is intended to allow Turner & Townsend to explore new opportunities for business generation in China, particularly in the technology and manufacturing sectors.
