Kier, Wates, Seddon and Bouygues are among the prime contractors attending. Clients include Sanctuary Group, Solihull Community Housing, Wolverhampton Homes, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and Aston University.
The event takes place on 15th April at Villa Park football stadium and has been organised by Constructionline, the procurement and supply chain management scheme.
Sanctuary Group is recruiting for contracts on its upcoming national framework, which includes lighting, air conditioning and responsive maintenance services for its sheltered, student and supported housing units. It maintenance contracts on offer total 拢20m, with others up to 拢100,000 a year individually.
Kier is also looking to build up its supply chain in the West Midlands. David Mawson, managing director of Kier Services鈥 housing maintenance business, said:聽 鈥淜ier is committed to working with local companies across all its contracts...
