Part of the 拢5 billion Greenwich Peninsula regeneration scheme, which is being developed by Lend Lease (Europe) and Quintain Estates & Development plc in collaboration with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), Bellway was the first house builder to be granted permission to develop homes on the Peninsula.
A fusion of striking elevations, soaring to nineteen levels and overlooking the sweeping curve of the River Thames, the 229 home development is already 85% sold.
