Seddon will install new kitchens and bathrooms in general needs housing, hostels and sheltered housing owned or managed by Gloucestershire Housing Association in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset and Oxfordshire and by Guinness Hermitage in Devon, Cornwall and West Dorset. Gloucestershire Housing Association and Guinness Hermitage are both members of The Guinness Partnership.
Seddon is one of three contractors appointed by Guinness to work in these areas through a framework agreement which has an overall value of 拢12 million.
The Seddon team will install more than 900 new kitchens and over 760 bathrooms as well as carrying out associated plumbing and electrical work, redecoration and tiling. The framework appointment will start from January 2012.
In a separate contract, Seddon Property Services has also been chosen to undertake a 拢250,000 bathroom improvement programme for Guinness Hermitage in Exeter.
