All current PSR employees will transfer to the Terex Genie UK team, including the mobile service engineers, workshop-based repair and refurbishment technicians, customer service personnel and management team.
IAPS Group managing director Steve Couling said: 鈥淭he Genie UK team are retaining the PSR team鈥檚 expertise in customer care. This means that existing PSR customers should have complete confidence that they are in safe hands.鈥
Terex said it would continue to honour all existing PSR contracts for maintenance, inspection, breakdown repair and engineer cover.
