22 Bishopsgate is a 128,000 m2 office development over 64 storeys. It is being developed by Lipton Rogers in partnership with AXA Investment Managers and is under construction by Multiplex.
TClarke has been awarded four key packages with a combined value of 拢56m: electrical, shell & core; electrical, Cat A fit out; ELV (systems integration) package, including BMS, ICT and security; and fire alarm installation.
It will start on site in 2017, for completion in 2019.
Other recent contracts secured by TClarke include a 拢24m M&E fit out project for Lendlease at The International Quarter in Stratford, east London and 拢6m of electrical services at two new student accommodation developments in Newcastle.
