Tata picks BAM for £20m HQ

20 Jan 16 Tata Technologies has appointed BAM Construction to develop its £20m European headquarters in Leamington Spa.

The new office development at Tachbrook Park recently received planning permission from Warwick District Council.

BAM starts on site this month to create the 63,000 sq ft office building that will house around 600 staff working in emerging vehicle technologies. Tata Group owns Jaguar Land Rover.

Fusion Building Consultancy is Tata Technologies鈥 project manager and its structural engineer is the Complete Design Partnership. The construction value of the work, to complete in February 2017, is 拢14.5m.

BAM will create the curtain-walled three-storey steel-framed building on a 3.85 acre greenfield site. Designed by architect Webb Gray, the building will take the form of two wings with a central core.
