Szerelmey will strip out 1000m2 of flooring and relay a further 3000m2 of Jura Limestone and Muschelkalk. Interestingly work will be carried out at night to ensure it doesn鈥檛 disrupt day to day business at the shopping centre.聽
The new events venue will host retail and leisure exhibitions and shows.
Work is set to be completed in August 2012. Szerelmey was appointed by BAM Construction, the main contractor carrying out the work on behalf of client Lend Lease.
