The West Port development in Dundee was given the award in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the city鈥檚 townscape.聽 Delivered in partnership with architects, James F. Stephen, for James Keiller Estates, the development demonstrates Stewart Milne Construction鈥檚 ability to build significant city centre projects that complement their urban surroundings.
Fronting the West Marketgait and Dundee鈥檚 inner ring road, the West Port development is the third and final phase of a multi-use development in the heart of the city centre. The West Port building includes a mix of retail and leisure facilities, office accommodation and luxury serviced apartments.
Commenting on the award, Bill Imlach, managing director of Stewart Milne Construction, said:

The Dundee Civic Trust Annual Awards recognise the positive contributions made to the urban environment by buildings erected in the past year.
