The company will build the 1,015m虏 warehouse and two-storey office building at an industrial site in Gladstone Road, King鈥檚 Heath. Stepnell will demolish existing industrial units to make way for the new facilities, which will achieve a BREEAM rating of 鈥榁ery Good鈥� and will be occupied by industrial cleaning equipment supplier Tennant.
