The two companies aim to work together in the energy efficiency market.
Nottingham-based EvoEnergy has been trading since 2007 and has a turnover of 拢30m and 100 employees. It has also diversified into external wall insulation and is exploring other technologies to meet the rising demand for energy conservation and greener energy generation.
Stepnell already has experience of solar power 鈥� in 2011 it built 20% of the UK鈥檚 capacity in solar parks, it said, building four 5MWp ground mount solar installations.
