The framework is divided into four lots, with six or seven contractors on each panel and running for four years. The south London council will invite 12 bidders to tender in each case
Lot 1 is for main building works up to 拢3.5m in value and is expected to have a total value of between 拢50m and 拢200m.
Lot 2 is for main building works over 拢3.5m in value and is expected to have a total value of between 拢70m and 拢280m
Lot 3 is for district mains, boilers & internal works (mechanical works), worth between 拢10 and 拢40m in total.
Lot 4 is for internal electrical work and valued at between 拢2m and 拢8m in total.
