West Sussex County Council is procuring the framework on behalf of a consortium of local authorities that also includes Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council, Kent County Council, Medway Council, and Brighton & Hove Council.
The contract is divided by value into two lots: build projects worth less than 拢2m, and those worth more than 拢2m. The lower value lot is expected to be worth between 拢30m to 拢40m over the six-year term, while the higher value lot has an estimated total value of between 拢160m and 拢200m.
Contractors interested in bidding have until 22nd June 2015 to register. An industry day is being held on the afternoon of 4th June at West Sussex County Hall in Chichester.
