The new work includes two contracts from South Lanarkshire Council, totalling 拢3.2m, for extension and refurbishment works at Auldhouse Primary School in East Kilbride and Leadhills Primary School in Biggar, both scheduled for completion by August 2013.
There is also a 拢1.9m contract from South Ayrshire Council to build a new primary school in Kirkmichael, also due for completion by August 2013.
NHS Ayrshire & Arran awarded a 拢550,000 contract for refurbishment, mechanical and electrical works at Ayrshire Central Hospital.
Clark Contracts鈥� small works division has brought in 拢1.5m of new contracts, including rewiring and building works at Bishopton Primary School, refurbishment works on shopfronts for Glasgow Housing Association and at Arrol Park Resource Centre in Ayr.
