The 25-year project will see the 50/50 JV maintain all street lighting and traffic signals in the two boroughs, as well as installing new lighting and street furniture. The deal represents a capital expenditure of 拢80m and revenues of 拢71m.
The boroughs have been working on the deal since 2006 and were advised by law firm Pinsent Masons.
