The contract for the 11-storey tower was awarded by Alley111 Owner, a joint venture that includes Skanska USA Commercial Development. Alley111 will have an area of about 28,000m2, and the building is targeting LEED Silver certification.
The project will start this month, with expected completion in the third quarter 2015.
