After the close of the transaction Skanska will have no remaining operations in Argentina.
The price is subject to adjustments at closing of the transaction, which is expected to take place at the end of this month. The buyer is Perez Companc Family Group, an Argentinian group active in Latin America.
The operations generated revenues of about US$350m during 2014.
