Steve Davis joins Lovell from Bushmead Homes as regional director for the Midlands.聽 He succeeds David Gough, who was promoted to the Lovell board as commercial director earlier this year. Previous commercial director John Leary has moved to the newly-created post of operations director.
Simon Medler has moves from his role as regional director for Lovell鈥檚 Eastern region to become regional director for East Anglia.
Robert Adams joins Lovell from Jones Homes as the new Eastern regional director.
Michael O鈥橣arrell has also recently joined Lovell to become regional director for the London region. He has previously worked for McLean Homes, Wilson Connolly Homes and Kier Group.
Lovell is also planning to create a new standalone South Wales and Southern region in recognition of the significant opportunities for growth offered by this area.
