The new housing will be built in the Telford and Wrekin area, Herefordshire, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, north Shropshire, Worcester and the Cherwell district of north Oxfordshire.
The homes form part of Sanctuary鈥檚 拢500 million investment programme by which it is set to deliver more than 3,600 homes in England. This is going ahead with an investment of nearly 拢90 million from the Homes and Communities Agency鈥檚 Affordable Homes Programme.
In addition to delivering new homes, Seddon is committed to creating new jobs and apprenticeships through the work for Sanctuary. The company estimates it will take on 40 apprentices over the course of the programme.
