It is City Lifting鈥檚 second six-axle Grove all-terrain crane, joining the 300-tonne class GMK6300L that it purchased last year.
The 400-tonne capacity GMK6400 has a 60-metre boom and 79-metre fly jib, supported by Grove鈥檚 MegaWingLift attachment that provides lateral boom support for extra capacity at high reach.
City Lifting chief executive Trevor Jepson said: 鈥淲e researched similar machines from other manufacturers, but realised that the GMK6400 was the best and most reliable crane to meet our customers鈥� requirements.鈥�
