The work to Colne House and Evenlode House involves the refurbishment of all homes, including the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms and central heating systems. In addition, Seddon will undertake major repairs to concrete walkways and balconies, replace fascias and soffits, remove chimneys and carry out some reroofing work. The improvements are set to be completed in May 2012.聽
