Since the launch of its specialist divisions for non-mechanical plant and for lifting, in 2010 and 2011 respectively, GAP has seen annual growth of 14% in each of the past two years and turnover is expected to top 拢100m for the first time in the company鈥檚 history.
Since 2011, GAP has opened 26 specialist lifting depots with a further eight locations to be added in 2014.
Human resources head Catriona Dunning said: 鈥淚t has been a very exciting and busy time for recruitment at GAP over the past year as the company expands across the UK. Currently, 40% of the open vacancies are brand new positions that have been created to manage the expansion but also to enhance team structures for effective management鈥�.
