Aerospace is the main focus for the three-day trip but Cable will also be promoting British potential for contributing to the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil.
鈥淏razil is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and I want to make sure British companies are aware of the opportunities,鈥� said Cable.
The upcoming World Cup and Olympics in Brazil also around 拢4bn worth of export business that British companies are best placed to win, not least because of experience of delivering a successful London 2012, he said.
