The four-storey block, designed by MAS Architecture, will be built in in Princess Road East, near the University of Leicester. It will have 110 en-suite studio bedrooms as well as a basement communal area, with cinema room and gym.
Stepnell鈥檚 Nottingham team has already begun work on the development and is expected to complete by September 2017.
The development uses modular Metsec bathroom pods which are delivered on site ready fitted for installation.
