Desco managing director Paul Marshall said: 鈥淭his marks a new and exciting phase for Desco as we accelerate our growth strategy with the backing of a major international investor and with Pell Frischmann鈥檚 expertise across the infrastructure and property sectors.鈥
Desco was established in 1998 and employs approximately 120 people across its offices in Sunderland, Leeds, London, Croydon, Doha and Manila. It will keep its existing management board and structure, operating as a subsidiary of Pell Frischmann. This model is expected to be repeated as Pell Frischmann grows its group of businesses in the UK and overseas, a company statement said.
