Pagabo readies suppliers for £545m M&E framework

7 Feb 23 Framework provider Pagabo has published a prior information notice (PIN) for its latest framework – mechanical & electrical solutions.

The framework is valued at 拢545m over its four-year term and will be open for use by public sector bodies including blue light services, housing associations, healthcare, education, transport and nuclear.

It will be split into five lots:

  1. Mechanical and electrical design consultancy
  2. 拢50,000 to 拢500,000
  3. 拢500,000 to 拢1m
  4. 拢1m to 拢3m
  5. 拢3m and above

These lots will be further sub-divided into UK regions.

Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne & Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust will be the contracting authority for the agreement, as it is for Pagabo鈥檚 major works and developer led frameworks.
