Osborne will build the Blue Mountain Community Centre & Health Hub project in Binfield for Bracknell Forest Council and NHS East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
The 拢7.2m new build project, on the site of the former Blue Mountain Golf clubhouse, will provide a multi-use community space, a nursery, caf茅, a GP consultation facility, and minor procedures rooms.
The contractor stared on site last month and is expected to finish in December 2023. It was initially selected for the contract, via the LCP framework, in February 2021.

Osborne design team is Corde, an alliance of ADP Architects, structural engineer AKS Ward and building services engineer KJ Tait.
