The tennis star has bought the Cromlix House Hotel, five miles from his home town of Dunblane. He is renovating it to make it an exclusive five star resort with 15 bedrooms.
Ogilvie has already started extensive refurbishment of the listed building and is scheduled to complete early next year, for a spring opening.
The contract was awarded by Inverlochy Castle Management International (ICMI), which is managing the hotel, in addition to its eight other independent properties in Scotland.
Ogilvie Construction pre-construction director Peter Queen said: 鈥淭his prestigious project will breathe new life into one of Scotland鈥檚 most elegant estates.
