The North East Procurement Organisation, representing 11 councils, has published a contract notice calling for submissions of interest for four lots: construction projects worth more than 拢4m, construction projects worth less than 拢4m, design and build projects worth more than 拢4m, and design and build projects worth less than 拢4m.
It is envisaged that six contractors will be selected for each lot and that the total value of the work over the four-year term of the framework will be between 拢900m and 拢1bn.
