The contract is to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for a major office development at the new Aberdeen International Business Park, for developer Abstract (Cornwall) Ltd.
The 10-month installation programme, which will start in January, will see NG Bailey design, supply, install and commission services for almost 400,000 sq ft of BREEAM 鈥榚xcellent鈥�-rated office space, as well as a range of high-quality leisure facilities.
A further 700,000 sq ft of office space, plus a four-star hotel, is also planned for the new business park, situated close to Aberdeen International Airport, which is targeting companies involved in the oil and gas sectors.
