Newlon Housing Trust is looking to build 2,000 new homes by 2,000 and is seeking expressions of interest from building firms interest in joining a framework agreement for the programme.
The framework is structured into three lots according to contract value: up to 拢10m, up to 拢25m, and more than 拢25m.
