Kate Rees, based at Lovell鈥檚 regional office in Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff, has been promoted from regional sales manager to head of the region鈥檚 team.
Lovell鈥檚 schemes in the region include the company鈥檚 appointment by the Tirion Group to build homes on a former paper mill site in Cardiff, creating a 拢100m new urban village, and the second phase of the 拢28m Loftus Garden Village development in Newport, for Seren Group. It also has housing refurbishment contracts with the Vale of Glamorgan Council and Bristol City Council.
Kate Rees said it was a 鈥渢ime of considerable expansion for Lovell in South Wales and the southwest鈥�.
