Stepnell鈥檚 Wantage team has just begun work on a 拢2.6m contract to build a two-storey steel-framed 1,050m2 building.
Designed by architects BBLB Corstorphine + Wright, the pavilion has natural limestone external wall facing.
Completion is scheduled for summer 2015.
Stepnell contracts manager Dave Mawby said: 鈥淭his project will create a first-class modern multi-use sports pavilion which will further enhance Summer Fields鈥� excellent facilities. Our focus throughout the construction programme will be on working closely with Summer Fields to ensure minimum disruption to the daily life of the school.鈥�
