Both companies are based in Colchester, Essex, and have worked together for many years.

Geoff Cadman will remain involved with the business for a transition period.
Cadman runs a fleet of 22 mobile cranes across Essex and East Anglia. Its biggest crane is a 180-tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 1160-5.2,
