Parkway already offers a range of plant, including Takeuchi mini excavators, tracked dumpers and hydraulic breakers, Bomag compaction equipment, NC Engineering Dumpers and Dieci telehandlers. It previously also represented JLG for telehandlers.
Parkway Plant Sales now becomes the Merlo UK main dealer for telehandler products in the Manchester area. Sales director Ian Wood said; 鈥淲e are delighted to be able to add the Merlo brand to our portfolio, which already consists of the market leading brands of mini excavators, rollers and tracked dumpers.鈥�
Parkway鈥檚 head office, in Bredbury, Stockport, is home to the majority of service engineers, with locally based engineers in Lowton near Warrington and Four Ashes near Wolverhampton. Lowton also houses the sales and parts divisions.
