Seoul was set up last year as a subsidiary of Duo Group Holdings to sell, hire and service Doosan construction machinery. Paul Watson previously ran corporate accounts and the UK dealer network at Doosan.
As general manager of Seoul he will be targeting corporate customers in the quarrying, aggregates, waste and recycling industries.
