He joined the dealership in 2010 as chief financial officer, having previously worked within Volvo CE鈥檚 European sales and marketing department. At the end of 2013 he became interim managing director, following the internal promotion of Val Ledden.

Nick Allen is 48 and has an economics degree from the University of Reading.
