Reporting to the Scheme Directors, this senior role centres on managing the day to day operations of the Scheme, including all general operations, staff management, marketing, and complaint response. He will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new initiatives to further improve Scheme performance.
Andy鈥檚 background is mainly in the Financial Services sector where senior roles included working for Platform Home Loans, Enterprise Broker Services and Zurich Financial Services. Most recently he was running ADB Solutions, his own company, providing mortgage consultancy for British Ex-pats. He will be based at the Scheme鈥檚 Head Office in Ware, Hertfordshire.
