Working across two separate brownfield sites on Holders Hill Road NW4, the contractor will build two large apartment blocks totalling some 30,000 sq.ft. The three and five-storey concrete frame buildings will feature brick, reconstituted stone and coloured render fa莽ade elements and traditional tiled roofs. The five-storey block incorporates under croft car parking facilities and both structures utilise roof mounted solar thermal arrays and are targeting a Code for Sustainable Homes level 3 rating.
The project is scheduled for completion in September 2012.
