Multiplex won the 拢73m shell and core contract after a competitive tender process.
Multiplex has already started work on-site under a pre-construction services agreement. It is now completing the sub-structure of the building to deliver the basement levels, which will include residential amenities and a car parking level.

Since May 2016, 78 of the flats at Lincoln Square have been pre-sold for a total of 拢130m.
Lodha is India's biggest housing developer. Lincoln Square, between Holborn and Aldwych, is one of its鈥檚 first two residential developments in London. The other is at No1 Grosvenor Square, where Mace is overhauling the old Canadian High Commission.
